PSA Editorial Statement

Todd Giroux  “The only move forward is to protect the economy and people of Rhode Island in every way possible. The new slate of Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Treasurer and Elected must be aligned and voted into office on Promise to Preserve Voter Trust in Actions to Consumer Citizen Rights and States Rights for the Economic Security of RI Citizen and Voters regardless of party.

To enforce and protect The Sovereign Rights of our State Constitution in immediate action upon election to stay judgments and claw back homes for consumer protection to homestead without bankruptcy allowing the toxic assets to truly be put aside and dealt with while people have a roof over their head to rebuild their lives.

Real property values will stabilize based upon demand. Now is the time to re-establish the value of our community in what we do for our own during this extra un-ordinary decline and recession that has existed for almost half a decade.

The Following are Involvement Initiatives to Guide, Measure & Link Voter to Their Elected Officials. The goal to routine measurable balance by the voter majority supporting the elected to  vote literally not politically. 

1.    Educate Consumer Voter utilizing cable access, radio and new media to share Contemporary, Historical, Trends and Research Information to Community an political  issues. Five Commissions of Citizens ranging from Elders, Youth, University, Neighbors and Any Citizens Committee to guide Programming to Inform Citizen Voter of Issues and Information without bias to Empower Voter to Guide the Elected during the next four years and beyond.  ( First 30 Days Up and Running )    

2.    Micro-Vote System:  Similar to the telephone registration system used by The Colleges and Unemployment office, Implement Wednesday to be Citizen Vote Day. The private opportunity for all citizens and voters to provide measurable guidance for the leaders in their district. This will provide Citizens Accountability for Leaders to vote literally not politically.

3.    Public Employee, Union Workers and Teachers can rely on GIROUX for Governor to Political Support in Collective Bargaining and Guaranteed Increased Living Wages in Trust to Voluntarily  Empower “ The WE PLAN “ and Emergency Collaboration of Purchasing Goods, Services, Labor and Contracts regarding the Townships and duplication that is drowning our small state.

These generous concessions will not disrupt the Work and Order of the Day, but rather strengthen the status of all existing jobs in every sector with the ability to vigorously pay Union & Living Wages.

4.    The Economic Development Corporation must be enhanced to maximize and increase all Federal Programs, benefits and revenues due the State of RI. The focus of the agency should be parallel to the 90% of small business that will restart our communities from the ground up.

5.    The Winter Employment Statistics are not used in the Fed Analysis of our State. Only the highest of Summer Seasonal and Stimulus Bumps are magnified to show conceptual growth.

All citizens have collective interest to continue innovations towards economic recovery for business and the 90% of folks with 4-5 years of minimal recovery ahead of them.

The focus upon knowledge based industries leaves behind the 90% of working class families dehydrated of credit tools, training, income and life-cycle protections to survive.

6.    Schools must prepare students academically and for the team work necessary to rewards and success in the job force.

7.    Lower Sales taxes will increase overall long term volume of income to the State of RI.

8.    Property values will return with Community Values.  End of   “ Quick to Seize Title“ will be replaced with 1:1 Negotiation of every home default or no title claim.

9.    Housing Epidemic Consumer Protection is a shared Duty of The Attorney General and The Secretary of State. Governor Giroux will support all measures and encourage legal precedent regarding these issues.

The Academic study of these issues will do nothing but point the finger every direction

before the consumer ever sees relief or reparation.

Enhanced Loss of Revenue Perceptions.  Compound Interest Formulas and Banking Inventions of Investments Strategy to Bet Against the Consumer have overextended the responsibility of Loan Servicing towards Piracy Greed that has Drained the Economy, Savings, Life Plan and Future Opportunity of Millions of Consumers to  Multiplier Profits through Tax Policy and Hundreds of Billions TARP Funding and Fed Protections.

Despite The Monopoly upon Money Supply to the Population, Bank and Loan Servicer remain poised for the death blow to sell the ownership Interest of

The American Homestead.

State Responsibility to defend its people is the hard work of The Elected.  The water over the bridge, quarterly profit margin oligarchy will put up academics and mystery men with no resolve, but to home in comfort after their TV SHOW ..  Opposite to the difficult work to continuous unrelenting benevolent vigilance community building requires.

 ‘ A State of Good Neighbor ‘ , Rhode Island  cannot wait for Consumer Protections.    

 ‘ We Will take care of our own without stumbling.  We the People, Working with

          Obama Administration, The Treasury, The Fed ‘ and All Claims to Our Lands and Citizens.

The terms to pay will be sensitive to the economically damaged consumers with

Ownership Interest Equity Rights to benefit from the upswing of economic recovery.

 Consumer Protection is a choice of how hard we are willing to work.  

     Toxic Asset Legislation & TARP Revolving Fund = Stable Community Protections    

10. The candidates that recognize the winds changing will find success in the next election. Regardless of party, if your candidate follows my lead on these long awaited considerations,  I will have the Legislative Will to make the greatest difference for the people of RI  since the settlement of our lands.

11. Senate and Legislators that participate in Grid-lock, shift positions and betray the focus from    “ The WE PLAN “ , the Micro-Vote and  The 90% Rule is outside any need of Republic, Democracy and Community.

The Rhode Island recovery base line mark is 5 years past an earlier recovery from  September 11, 2001.  The return to economic vitality is five years forward of 2009. A decade of blame, speculation and war must be challenged with Hope for Rhode Island.

Now is the time to build Loyalty to the Candidate that brings Protection to the table

for Citizen in plain, non-partisan view.
